I am with Al Boneta. I also dislike the stock components. Only components I retained were crankset/chainring and headset. Lyrik ultimate with DSD Runt is butter!

Few epic rides.....about 900 miles and no issues so far. Latest upgrades is full axs - derailleur and dropper. Great upgrades for me.

I will answer my own question - yes 170 axs dropper fits.

Not crowded at all! Planning to do it again this week and explore the Nisene side.

Jcmonty - i used 2 range extenders but have about 40% left after the ride - I rode full turbo on my way up (about 11 miles of climbing) after that leaky valve incident.
