Dengfu E55 (Emtb) and E56 (Fat Bike) - New selection of DIY frame

The frames have different travels. E55 is EMTB frame with 150mm rear travel. E56 is fat bike frame with 120mm rear travel. It would be nice to know exact configurations and components list they used to build those bicycles on the pictures.

50.000 km without issues, is there any mid-drive motor able to do this ?

I have 1/2 of the distance you ask on my Yamaha pw-x worked 100% of time at maximum power mode in the rain being speed limit derestricted without any issuies. I saw some posts people reported mileage well over 30000 miles on their Yamaha powered bicycles. I am happy with Yamaha pw-x in terms of...

Yes it is how middrive motors sound. What you hear is the sound of the motor gears are meshing.

Dengfu E55 (Emtb) and E56 (Fat Bike) - New selection of DIY frame

Can you please explain how I can purchase the frame with 52V 20A 1040wh battery? If I go to this AliExpress page it allows me to choose only the color of the frame but there is no adding the battery option...

Dengfu E55 (Emtb) and E56 (Fat Bike) - New selection of DIY frame

OK, I think I found the battery mounting hardware part numbers and documentations. Please confirm if this is the correct ones. It looks like they do the batteries cases and probably the mounting hardware with different widths so there is a chance this hardware may be wrong...

That does not look like it leaks. It looks like there is just a little dust on it. It also does not require a lot of torque to seal it. If you lightly tightened it and it still leaks then maybe the sealing interface is damaged or contaminated. By the way I covered the nozzles with 4 mm inside...

Dengfu E55 (Emtb) and E56 (Fat Bike) - New selection of DIY frame

Here is a picture to clarify my questions. 1) Does the frame go with the battery mounting hardware (the battery connector plate and the battery lock)? If the frame goes without the battery connector plate and the battery lock can you please provide the part numbers for those parts? 2) Does...

Thank you for the information. Do you know if this frame goes with the hardware for mounting the battery (like the mounting plate with contacts, the lock mechanism) or the battery mounting hardware should be purchased separately?

I use the "twosie" type shifter. I'm sure it does not matter if the shifter is "onesie" or "twosie", they should work the same. "onesie" is just mounter together shifters from "twosie". I do not know if Kindernay did revisions of the shifters or the hubs. I purchased my system about 2 years ago...

And also can you please provide the link for purchasing the 52V 20A 1040wh battery, the battery mounting to frame hardware and the Bafang m620 motor and the plastic shroud for the motor. I can not find such information on the Dengfu website. I guess the battery is this one...

That frame looks sick. The lines look amazing, the m620 is integrated smooth and much better than on any othet m620 flame I saw, even better than on BikTrix Monte Capro Ultra. I love it and I want it.

Does it feel like the shifting lever is stuck when you push it. If yes then I think I know exactly what the problem is and bleeding will not fix it. I have Kindernay XIV and I had exactly the same issue. The issue is inside the shifting block. There are two rails with teeth, those rails slide...
