I’m currently using an Apple Watch but have been looking at Garmin watches. I’m wanting something I don’t have to charge every single day, I forgot to put my watch on the charger again last night and only got about 45 mins out of it before it died on my run today.
For those of you that use...
Are you talking easily removable or removable with a bit of work? If you’re wanting easily removable then your only option is the Relay or the Fuel ExE. You have to remove the motor on pretty much everything else.
Yeah, I debated buying a complete bike and parting out what I don’t want but with bike parts selling for nothing right now it wouldn’t be worth it. I have enough spare parts to build up a frame so that was my plan.
I’ve been waiting on a frame for months now! I was told Spesh only sent the UK 20 frames in the size I need for the whole country, they pretty much sold out at release. Rider Care told me Jan/Feb for new stock but I’ll believe it when I see it.
My riding buddies were the same way, now they all have e-bikes🤣😂 we had one hold out that tried to put it off but eventually caved and now has a Trek Fuel Exe, he said he compromised with the lightweight bike.
My mates had it on his bike for a few months now, his is custom tuned and has the WPS piston kit in it. He had the EXT Storia before and says the RS with the WPS kit is better, plus it’s a bit cheaper.
Does he know anyone in the US? That’s how I shipped mine over. They went to my dad’s house, he repacked them and sent them as used with a £50 value. It cost me $25 to ship them and something like £8 in duties.
The batteries in my exposure lights degraded after a year or so, I was only getting about an hour of run time in the high setting. Exposure wouldn’t warranty them either.
Even at £400 it’s still not as expensive as the Exposure lights, my Six Pack/Diablo package was almost £600. I think you...
Mine have been through 2 Scottish winters so far with no issues. I’m not concerned if I do have any issues since I know they’ll take care of it, their customer service is among the best in the business.
They are in talks with a UK distributor, at least the last time I talked to them they were...
I agree, I was using the Exposure Six Pack/Diablo combo prior to picking up the OB DH Evo package. On paper the Exposure lights should be better, they’re double the light output on paper. In the trail it was no comparison, the Exposure lights were brighter but I could see more with the Outbound...
Unfortunately there’s no Harbour Freight in the UK, not even sure what the equivalent would be here. I haven’t really shopped for tools since I moved over here so not really in the loop.
I was watching those auctions, thought about picking one up. Apparently some people got everything and others were missing a few parts, mainly the shock linkages.
My local SC dealer had a few sizes in stock when I was there last week, not sure what he has left now. His website isn’t always up to date so it would probably be better to give him a call.

I would see what revision the motor is and request an updated version to save you some headaches. Fazua is currently on revision 5, they seem to last a little longer. My mate has had all kinds of issues with his Fazua ride 60 on another bike, 3 motors in 350 miles. He’s had the revision 5 for...
One of my best friends back in the US started selling frame only in the brands that he carries a few years ago. He’ll take all the components off and sell them separately. He said he’s sold more frame only e-bikes than anything else since he’s started doing it.
That’s basically what it is, it has a throttle like a motorcycle. I got my first motorcycle at 5 so that’s the plan for him too, I’ll probably pick him up a KTM 50SX or something along those lines. I looked at the Hotwalk but will probably go with the Kids Ride Shotgun since I can get it with a...
Anyone have any experience with the E-balance bikes? My son turns 2 this month and he’s getting a balance bike, I was looking at different models when I came across the Mondraker Grommy. I’m all for it but my wife thinks he’d kill himself on it🤣😂
Another awesome set-up would be the TRP DH Evos, they seem to be the choice for most of the WC DH teams. I was at Fort William and a good 80% of the riders were using them. I had originally ordered them but canceled after some shipping issues and went with the Hopes.
