I had E010 code... Cleaned all wires etc.300miles! On advice from Maddison(shimano uk importer).Motor was returned with suspected torque sensor fault. New motor was sent back to me.

I have changed my phone and my new phone is asking for the pin to connect to shimano etube app. I thought I knew this 6 digit pin and have even tried the default 000000, but still won't allow me to connect. I know if I take the bike to a Shimano dealer they can reset using the pace interface...

I also get the E010 code. Motor is being returned to Maddison/uk shimano importer. Bike has covered around 300miles

Phone won't connect to bike?? Help. So been using Steps unlocked with no problems. But I have changed my phone, still on Android, but when trying to connect app to steps unlocked, it gets to 6% then asks me to reenter pin. I tried the default 000000 and what I thought was my pin, neither one...

Chain snapped. Fitted a new replacement, but it jumped on the smallest two sprockets of the cassette. On close inspection, these two sprockets where hooked/worn. Fitted new cassette and all is fine... I do spend most of my time in boost, so not complaining really..

After 210 miles I had to replace my chain and cassette due to wear!

Motor and all wires have been removed cleaned and dried for four days. Refitted but still shows the E010 code

Commencal Meta power. A search online means the 010 code is pretty generic. Could be anything really. Possibilities look like bad contact between battery and holder, duff battery, duff motor, cold battery.. Yes, removed cleans contacts briefly and refitted.

I have a E010 error code on shimano steps, system operation error. I am trying to link the tube app, but I have to enter a code that is on the display and enter into the app to connect, but I can't gift the error code. Had this error code before, but it cleared last time... Any ideas??

Any suggestions for routes this weekend? North Wales, Yorkshire etc. Fancy a change from Llandegla, Marin Trail.. Weather looks really bad, by hey that's part of the fun...

Finally sorted. Albeit I was charged £120 to fit rear mech and new shifter and update firmware...

Thanks for replies. Just checked the rear disc and the magnet is stuck to the rear of the disc!!!! Just glued it back onto the shaped plate, then its out for a quick test.....

Coukd somebody with a Focus please post a picture of there speed sensor magnet that is on the rear disc. I have a w011 error and think my magnet has fallen off. The silver metal plate is there but cant remember if there should be a magnet on it... the plate alone does not appear to be...

Not according to Maddison. They say my new shifter needs flashing with new software. But to do this it needs connecting to the motor . But before any ulploads of new software take place, Focus need to release a code to Maddison, then Maddison call the bike shop and update remotely. All seems a...
