Need some help please folks. I need the chainring spider, which comes on the SRAM drivetrain-equipped bikes, but can not find it for love nor money. I thought it was the FSA W0108, but the interface looks completely different to that which came off my bike.
Please help!!!
Standard ISIS fit, so any ISIS cranks will be fine. The only consideration is Q factor, but I've never been bothered by that, though seem people seem hell-bent on a given number!
You can find connectors, to join the hoses, or use a routing kit, such as Ice Tools or Park Tool, either of which make the job substantially less painful!
And so, finally, here it is! Started out as a size small 9.7, but now with multiple upgrades/spec changes, as follows:

There's an internal channel that runs it from the BB to the head tube, so as long as you thread the hose from back to front, it should take less than 30 seconds. Try it the other way round though, and that's where you could hit a snag, as the internal channel isn't as easy to access that way around!
It's just an option, if I get the 29" rear wheel causing problems. I don't want to mullet this bike, but ride a lot of steep tech, with rocky drops and such, so reducing rear travel could reduce instances where the rear wheel hits my ass, if that does in fact turn out to be an issue. Plus, I...
I'm really interested in this bit of the conversation. I'm 5'6" and my last 3 bikes have been mullets, though all bar one have had more travel than my Fuel EXe. I've still yet to ride my new bike (literally sat here now, with it in the living room, waiting for it to warm up enough to get the...
