I think relying on a motor to avoid crashing on a jump is the worst use case for derestricting. There’s usually a reason why you don’t have the necessary speed for a jump, and if you don’t have it, you shouldn’t jump but work on building up your speed. But that's just my two cents; you might see...
I have the same older version, and the door fell off after some time. I fixed it with Gorilla Tape, and it's working pretty well now. I also bought a new cover, which I used to convert my old M2 battery to an M3. By the way, I broke the cover at the bottom, but Gorilla Tape fixed that too :).
I bought two Maven kits: one for the e-bike and one for the eatbike. The brakes have a slightly inconsistent bite point (a known issue that can be fixed), but otherwise, they're awesome! I tried the 200mm front and 180mm rear combo on the eatbike, but I didn't like it—the 180mm felt a bit too...
I find this to be a non-issue. The initial pull is harder, but I only notice it during a 'parking lot test'. After the initial pull, the lever moves more easily. When riding, I don't notice it at all.
I'm pretty sure Fidlock is officially supported for range extenders on Trek Fuel EXE. So, just because something doesn't make sense to you doesn't mean it can't be done.
I have the same scratches. If they are not too deep, then it is OK.
Did you replace your water bottle mount? Because I replaced it with a Fidlock mount which has a lower profile, and the screws go deeper into the frame. I used the shortest screws I found at home, but they could be even 1mm...
What you see on the first picture is definetely a non-issue. I saw that on non-Michelin tires and never had issues with leaks after the sealant settled in.
It depends.
I'm OK with my Code brakes most of the time. Even when I'm in Saalbach, on most of the trails, the brakes are OK. But I haven't managed to ride the X-Line without a break on Code brakes. In the bottom part, I can barely brake and sometimes I need to use two fingers. When I had Saint...
I had a fair amount of bottom-outs. Once, I cased a jump so badly that I ripped off both grips on landing. Fortunately, my Levo is still holding. I even inspected the rear triangle yesterday after seeing pictures in this thread 😅.
