Question on speed limit of 2019/2020...

What if you buy corresponding 2000mm wheelset? But afterwards set the original wheelset back in the bike? Specialized gave their dealer network the ability for fine adjustments depending on the wheelset a customer is riding. With the 2000 setting you will enjoy a cut off speed which is about...

Hi Markus, Thanks! You can scroll the values up and down in ios version to change them. I can change the slider too.

Your dealer can set it to 2000mm. Not possible via BLEvo anymore.

Yes you can in BLEvo setup page. I have the same settings but on based on the European limit so end up around 30km/h now where the bike is normally limited to 25km/h. It makes already a huge difference!

Power bank to use Phone as GPS

I used this one: Topeak powerpack 6000 dual - Cycledeal but in the end decided to buy a BV6000 and download BLEvo android version. This works really the best!

Has the bike been hacked by someone? (previous owner?) In MC the wheel circumference motor setting is visible. If it there says 1973 then that can maybe explain the speed difference which you are measuring between BLEvo and GPS. At which GPS speed does the bike cut off? Can you please share...

If you have model year 18 than you must still be able to adjust the wheel circumference via BLEvo.

This is a mistake. We doubted as well a few months ago and then contacted Blackview. They confirmed BV5500 unfortunately doesn’t contain a barometer.

Via your dealer you can still adjust the wheel circumference setting to 2000mm. but not less than 2000mm. If you like to go fast check out the Levociraptor or the LSS.

Are you speaking about Levo model year 2019? If so, yes, this could be possible as Specialized blocked the wheel circumference setting.

Underneath an example of my settings: These will give you in Eco a smart range between 1% and 30% and in Trail 2% until 79%. Sometimes I learned also not to use Smart HR and not connect it to smart power to save battery. In these case I just use Smart Power. So in the 2nd screenshot you then...

Ok, I understand but when you use the BV6000(S) like I do for BLEvo only than you will not really notice that it contains an older Android version.

Flip Chip on a Levo 2019 (flip it !)

The manual says all models are assembled with the flip chip in low position: I never tried the high position. @Specialized Rider Care can you maybe give some official advise? I assume there must be a reason why you have choosen for a default low position?

The BV5500 is very interesting but it doesn't contain a barometer. You can also check the specs of the BV6000S if the BV6000 is too expensive. By the way the battery of both are excellent. I can ride almost all day with it while keeping the screen always on.

Wheel circumference is way better than GPS for trail use due to the tight turns that are missed by GPS. I use a Garmin speed sensor on my manual bike for this reason. -> This might also explain the differences @Groene005 was referring to above. BV6000 is waterproof too but you don't need to...

Hi, I am an iPhone user as well. When first starting to use BLEvo I used my iPhone on the handle bars. A few disadvantages: - Relative expensive phone on the handle bars in case of a crash - BLEvo ios version has slightly less features than Android version (for example barometer is missing) -...

If you trust GPS distance more than the BLEvo wheel circumference measurement you could also choose within BLEvo configuration page to use GPS distance instead bike sensor. I must say I trust BLEvo wheel circumference setting so I don't use the GPS distance option.
