**** UPDATE: @Specialized Rider Care was correct. It was just a firmware version issue. Took it back to my LBS, and they updated the firmware on the motor. That fixed the issue. Thanks again Specialized!

Just checked. The motor firmware version is: 7.1.1 * Just for comparison, I checked our other 2020 Levo and it's running 6.1.0 (this one isn't having the issue)

I ended up going with #2, just 2 days ago :) For the price difference, I think the Comp is a much better deal than the base model. Talk to your dealer, you'd be surprised at the discount you might be able to get. My LBS has no 2020 Levos in stock...they sell out before they hit the floor...

Thanks for the reply! I'm currently 6ft 190lb, but have been dropping about 10lb a week since mtn biking daily. Still have about 20 more to go! I also ride an Intense Tracer (27.5), which suits my current riding style/terrain. I do think a 29er would do better over most of our local trails...
