I've been using BLEvo for a long time without any problems, but the other day it started crashing while trying to record a ride. I restarted it several times but it would not record the ride. So I deleted the app and re-installed it.
Today I was able to record my ride but I am getting an...
I was wondering if I could upgrade to a SRAM Eagle 12-speed drivetrain on my 2018 Turbo Levo base model.
I ordered a Praxis 36-tooth chain ring to give it some more top end, and I was thinking having another low gear on the cassette might be nice.
Has anyone done this? Is it...
I tried uninstalling both Mission Control and BLEvo, then re-installing only BLEvo. I went for a ride and didn't have any problems.
Then today I went for another ride and everything was fine for the first 2 hours. Then I paused BLEvo for about an hour and then I continued the ride and it...
I'm still having problems with the app crashing on my iPhone.
It seems to have gotten worse with the latest update. Before I was always able to "Continue" after I restarted the app after a crash, but now it seems to lose my ride information completely.
Since I can't rely on BLEvo I've had to...
I have a Rockshox Reverb Stealth dropper post that I'd like to install on my 2018 Turbo Levo base.
I've been looking at this Wolftooth ReMote for it, and I'm wondering which lever mount type I'd need for it.
I contacted Wolftooth, but haven't heard anything back from them yet...
BLEvo is still crashing on me. I start the ride, then at some point I look down and my phone is back at the home screen.
Running the latest version.
iPhone XS.
iOS 12.3.1
Are there some logs I can send in that would be helpful?
My 2018 Turbo Levo tops out around 30 if I'm pedaling really fast. I'm setting the speed limit to 50 km/h (40 mph) just so the limiter never comes close to getting in the way.
Some people have swapped out their front chainrings to provide a taller gear ratio and a correspondingly higher top speed.
So to answer your question: after I change the speed limit in BLEvo to 25 km/h and restart the bike, I then disconnect and reconnect BLEvo only to find that the speed limit is back to where it started. My change did not save.
Just now I started a new ride in BLEvo, then I went into Bike Setup...
Yes, I've tested this and it seems correct.
It should be possible to create a similar table for the U.S. I will work on this and report back.
Do you have any thoughts on why I am having trouble saving the speed value (see my other post above)?
Thanks!
Alan
Yes, this is how it appears to work. I never change the wheel circumference in BLEvo. Changing the speed in BLEvo just changes the wheel circumference setting in the bike, which is how the speed limit can be adjusted. The bike calculates the speed limit based on the wheel size it has been...
I'm having some trouble getting the speed setting to save on iOS.
I move the km/h slider, then the Warning appears and I select "Yes, please."
Then "You need to restart the bike" appears for a short time at the bottom of the screen, then disappears.
I push the power button on my bike and the...
So I reset my settings in BLEvo to 25 km/h and 2255mm, which results in the wheel size of 2255mm in the Specialized Mission control app, which limits the speed to a US-appropriate 20 mph.
So it seems that the actual km/h setting doesn't actually reflect the true speed limit for US bikes, but...
I just bought a brand new 504wh battery for my Turbo Levo a few weeks ago.
I've only charged it a few times so far, but I noticed that when I start a new ride, it never says 100%, even after an overnight charge. I've seen 96 and 98%, but not 100%.
Should I be concerned about this? I'd like...
