Just an update to this. I ordered the XXL based on the comments about ordering a size up for comfort. I'm 6'1" and a little under 93kg (204lbs or roughly 14.5st), 44.5" chest. Normally an L or XL depending on brand. The XXL fits brilliantly, loose and roomy without being baggy. Really happy...

So thankfully I checked my contents insurance and was unpleasantly surprised to see that expensive pedal bikes are covered on my policy... unless they have a pedal assist motor! Obviously I am now in the market for Bike only cover (don't want different home contents as well, e.g PedalCover)...
