Had to cut a slot with releifs at the sides to allow the fender to fit over the seat stay brace. The flaps created by the slot neatly tie wrapped to the outside of the brace vs inside giving much more clearance. Unfortunately I didn't take any pictures of the mod before installing.
I might...
I just installed a mudhugger sx that I had to modify quite a bit to get about 3/4" clearance above the tire. Working on a solution for the 1 1/2" gap at the bottom that gets bigger with suspension travel. Tie-wrapped on a section of old inner tube to protect the area behind the seat tube that...
The W013 error is a torque sensor fault on both the E7000 and E8000 which has been reported on several forums for several brands of eMTBs. In my observation a lot of these are on bikes that are being ridden hard in all-mountain and enduro/bike park type scenarios. Speculation on my part...sure...
The Shimano, like the Bosch, seems to be a great motor for those conditions. I am more inclined to go with the theory of harder all mountain and Enduro riding with jumps and dropoffs takes a toll on the E8000 contributing a much reduced lifespan of the bearings and bottom bracket area of the...
That's a bunch of kms in a year for sure. I would guess that the majority of which were on pavement or gravel roads as our Bosch powered emtb with close to 7000km now. Has there been any issues with the motor?
Nice review! Been using one of these for about a year and love it. Picked it up on a clearance sale for €74 so that moves it up to a 9 out of 10 for me. Would be a 10/10 if it was waterproof...
I have a 2019 Turbo Levo Comp and did hit 753w on its second ride. Would expect at least that or more at 20amps with a fresh charged battery since the batteries voltage is 36v or 3.6v ,nominal, for each series group of 4x 3500 mAh cells in parallel). A typical 3500mah 18650 lion cell will have...
Funny you should say that because I was reading your thread and thinking the same thing... What is the weight as shipped because I can only receive up to 16oz at the USPS Postal service center here.
Had a nice 2nd ride on it today (first ride was a quick blast with my son and didn't even record). Did 32 km and 450mt on mostly wet/slippy trails. Handled it much better than my old HT eMTB. Also was the first ride using BLEvo with 22% Eco, 44% Trail and 80% Turbo. Loving the adjustability...
Picked up my 2019 Specialized Turbo Levo Comp in Battleship gray today (want to be just like Rob Hancill) Bought it at Rosola Free Bikes in Brescia, Italy...highly recommend this LBS as they were great to work with and gave me a great deal and even threw in some extras after I paid for the bike!
Even better! We are about 60% to that number with my wife's Bosch performance powered eMTB which has done quite a few 1500-3000ft days along with daily commuting.
I still like to ride my XC, road and touring bikes...will be handing the Bulls e-Stream Evo 2 HT eMTB down to my son. But only if he rides with me at least once a week...
