I'm digging this company. Was always between the YT and Levo. After a few emails back and forth the Commencal is a clear favourite now. Local distribution here in Aus, can take it to any Bike Shop for service and warranty, great communication when I have contacted them etc etc etc.
Commencal going live on August 31 with their 2021 models with the new motor. They have advised pre orders from 31/8 and stock will be shipped two weeks later from their warehouse in Sydney for us in Australia.
They aren't as big as Specialized here in Aus. They still have all bikes in stock from the current range. Nothing is sold out. See what happens when the new models are out.
The way they do their warranty is the reason the Decoy has now been relegated to second or third place in my list of bikes. Commencal seem to have it figured out how to support a direct to consumer customer.

2021 models are looking awesome. These are the analogue bikes but you can get a feel for the style they are going for.
You seen one yet? I'm down to a 20201 Meta, YT Decoy and Turbo Levo.
I emailed Commencal Sydney about warranty work and they said any LBS can do the work and invoice Commencal. Any electrical issues can get done at a Shimano dealer local to you. Thats a HUUUGE plus in my books. YT want the bike...
Be interesting to see what they can be bargained down to. We are looking at buying 3 Levo's at the same time here in Melbourne. It's down to the Levo Comp and the YT Decoy Comp.
Thats the 2020 model. I want to see if the new one comes with an updated Shimano powertrain. There are rumours of a new motor. I test rode the Levo and the motor was awesome. The E8000 from Shimano is a bit long in the tooth now and want to see if they update it. Dollar for dollar the spec on...
