I’ve got a Stereo 140 and was thinking exactly the same today, as the Rockshox it came with is garbage.
I’m not prepared to pay £1k for a set of forks though, so am on the lookout for something better than stock.
My post was tongue in cheek, if I genuinely thought I was rubbish, I’d be a nervous wreck on the bike. I just keep myself grounded and ride in my comfort zone.
Good point. I’m rubbish, and know I’m rubbish so ride like an old lady. Yes, accidents can happen at any time, but I make sure I don’t get cocky and always tell myself that I’m rubbish while I’m riding which keeps me grounded.

All good points. My current bike wont be going anywhere for a while, but when it’s time to change, I’ll take another look at the Levo. I’ve had regular Specialized mountain bikes in the past, and loved them, so am a fan of the brand.
If they’re that good, why are there so many negative posts about them?
I‘d happily have one, the price is irrelevant, but I don’t want to waste time taking it back to the shop regularly.
Stu, do you find that having the wings angled up more reduces the pressure on your hands? Being a typical bloke, I didn’t read the instructions when I fitted mine!
