Not me thankfully but my wife had a hip replacement. It certainly resolved her pain but regaining full use took a while a fter the operation. The issue is the time required to repair muscle tissue and regain muscle strength. So initial problems were getting on the bike whereas actual cycling was...
If you go for Fox it is best selecting the Performance Elite, if you go for RS, the Ultimate is the best choice. It sounds like the Fox 38 may be overkill for you. As a bove I would go for the Fox 36 or RS Lyric ( for either get their top of the range option). Fox 38 is a full on Enduro fork...
It looks like the assenbly is fixed into the frame with a circlip...and that circlip looks to be broken. If so remove the remains of the circlip, remove the assembly, clean, and refit with a new circlip.
ah no...I was wondering if the update changed your wheel circumference setting from what it was. If not it suggests it has caused the software to double the speed sensor reading. I know it is not mathematicallyl correct but are you sure your Kiox is still using Miles rather than Km?
Ah..sorry...did not know you were talking about a GX AXS. Set up and adjustment is completely different apart from the B Tension adjustment. Check it out here:-

assuming the high and low stops are set correctly and the B tension is also properly set the only thing left that could cause skipping gears is cable tension. Other factors that can impact are too much cable friction, a bent or mislaligned hanger or derailleur cage, and a selector that is not...
Yes we did have a hot summer for a change last year.................90 degrees was a headline but probably in central London...low to mid 80s on occasion down here on the south Coast...............had that before as well. I was really commenting on the fact you seem to have a lot of maintained...
it sounds like it is wired wrong. The mini remote on the bars works with the controller on the top tube and the Kiox 300 is merely a slave screen off the controller. So if your bike came with the mini remote and top tube controller.....and you have added the Kiox 300, I assume you take the wire...
1. Available from a reasonably local bike shop...................not online
2. Bosch motor
3. Ally not carbon
4. Good spec ( for me that is Fox suspension, DT Swiss Hybrid wheelset, SRAM brakes and drivetrain)
5. Well protected electrics ( no open downtube/no top tube mounted controller)
= Whyte:D
yes I know both blutooth will work even if no SIM in the phone but it seemed to me the Bosch System needed something to authenticate the connection...................I can see now that the personal Bosch Account is doing that.
mmmm.......that also means having to remember the Bosch Account...
well done! The route the rear brake hose takes does mean part of it can be marginally lower than the calliper in some cases but regardless in my experience it always help to have the bike angled as much as possible and keep tapping the calliper and any part of the hose that is exposed.
Bosch Smart blutooth access is restricted by identity rather than open to any blutooth device, and the phone is the "master" of the connection. ( that is why HRM access is restricted to Bosch approved devices only rather than any HRM.)
It seemed my experience together with the experience of...
Im thinking some might be a little bemused by this thread! It all looks pretty normal if you live in the UK:D. It is pretty changeable here all year. Gales, loads of rain, sometimes hot, sometimes cold..............we call it weather:LOL:
