Aye it made a really noticeable difference to battery life and you describe it perfectly as being too draggy to be much fun for all round riding.

I've have rode Lyrik Ultimate and Fox factory back to back down the same tracks and found exactly what you said. The Lyrik was amazing on small bump stuff compared to the Fox but the Fox felt a little more "solid" on bigger hits. I'm no expert though:)

Before my rail i had a 2020 levo with the 700 battery. The Bosch is definitely more efficient.
