Hi all, getting round to changing my main pivot, have taken the first screw out but the the next part is solid and can not remove, the inner hex is stripped, any suggestions. have added a pic showing which part. also what part number is this as need a new one
I have it back!!! 2 days off 3 months from when it was picked up, have not ridden it yet but the only problem so far is there is no clamp for the dropper leaver, so another complaint email sent.
So after complaining on twitter this morning after not hearing anything yet again I have now been told is being dispatched tomorrow, also received a £50 voucher fingers crossed is arrives all ok :unsure:

Got a Vitus E-sommet VR, have had a problem a few months back with a E010 problem showing and that was a loose battery. Now I'm getting the code that covers the screen completely when you put a foot on the peddles, hand turning in a stand no problem. Have taken to a shop to get diagnostics done...
yep i have done it for the same reason as you. found it very easy the motor pivots out on the rear 2 bolts holding it in place. its a lot simpler then you would think
I had this issue and thought it was just me. after torquing the cranks to the required amount they still kept coming off then went higher and higher still coming off.
Then got the ali caps and now all good!
