How will YT handle warranty claims on motor and other parts? A little put off after Jeffsy warranty claim that took two months to handle, too long time to be without bike. Will any Shimano service center handle warranty claims or do you have to send the bike back to YT?

While waiting you could use a normal magnet and tape it to your rotor. Have done that on my spare wheels and it works great.

My 2018 Levo FSR Base only has 8 charges. It is a ex display bike. Has the latest firmware. Battery health shows 100% in Mission Control app. When I charge it it only goes to Charge 96% in MC. Is this normal? I also think my battery runs out fast compared to my friends with similar bikes.

Same for me with latest FW in Levo 2018. Probably something wrong with latest upgrade.

Upgraded the firmware at the dealer today Motor 5.0.0 -> 5.0.4 Battery 4.16.3 -> 4.17.1 Latest battery firmware should be 10.23.x? Or is it different nr in Europe? Is it because dealer has not updated their software?
