If it's testing out ok then does it actually die and you end up walking or is the display just giving you duff info? You need to know before you can go any further. Don't always believe what it says, especially how many miles left. I'm going to the bike shop on Thursday to try and get a warranty...

I went on a MBR race there something like 20 years ago and still remember the fact that I was a mobile road block 😱 Definitely not as good as I thought I was 🤣 Been a couple of times recently and it's definitely showing its age unfortunately.

When it happened to me it was the Shimano xt microspline freehub that was on its way out. It could not handle my type of riding. I sorted it with an DT swiss hybrid hub that's designed for ebikes.
