I purchased one recently from tredz and had the same manufacturer date.
I did 10 runs at the bikepark on my 2020 battery with 100+ charge cycles, then 10 on the new and they were within a few % of each other.
So either the old battery has not degraded or the new one has, who knows.
Its got 2...
Fit each and do an identical ride, see how many miles they do.
My new spesh 700 was pretty much identical to my original 2020 battery, which surprised me.
Unless my new battery is rubbish haha.
The 1st thing i did on the ksl was remove all the other displays.
Battery, power mode plus clock, which i admit is a nice touch, is all i want.
The the other stuff, including microtune, not interested 🙂.
I wonder if i can replace the jazzy digital tcu with the original tcu.. 🤔. I gather most...
I would happily remove it.
The old tcu with 10 blue bars allows a power change with the top specialized button.
The daft new tcu with the digital display has seemingly lost this functionality, so the remote has to stay.
I never use the turbo button or walk.
I do use it on different sides on each...
See so many posts of the dhx leaking oil on facebook groups. You only ever read about the problems though.
It seems like the ideal budget kenevo shock to me with the steel shaft.
Super unlucky dude. Its very unlikely you broke it.
But offering 50% is more than reasonable.
Never a lender nor a borrower be as my old dad used to say.
Ive just tested the fairly basic fox float x that came with my kenevo sl comp on my full power.
Mainly as i was pretty impressed with the sl's suspension performance.
Yes i know the sl has a more sophisticated linkage and that's probably the difference i can feel.
It felt pretty damn good. I...
Probably the same as the santa cruz fillmore valves?
One was fitted to a warranty wheel i received recently. I came to put in the sealant and discovered there is no core to remove and apparently you just squirt it in.
Rather than risk making a mess i popped the bead.

No but based on recent queries to south coast suspension and jtech who didn't even bother to respond, i will be avoiding both of them for future work.
Sprung in fod responded to a work request in a timely manner.
Its hard to overlook tftuned though being local, can drop the stuff off after a...
On both. I do plan to reduce the stock 203mm to 190mm myself using a hacksaw and a 10x1mm tsp tap at some point as i refuse to pay the £180+ that fox want for a 190mm airshaft.
For no other reason than it makes it more 'correct'.
Gets the a2c down to about 583mm.
I have a kenevo sl that i want to get done. I knew it would get some scratches on the top tube from my kneepads and it has after 2 weeks. Plus i want to remove the hastily applied inner tube from the chain and seat stay i put on for an Alps trip.
However i am an impatient hamfisted buffoon and...
Interestingly houches had just popped up on my youtube recommendations on Adam braytons channel.
Wasn't that impressed by bernex. The drop zone was out of action and the red and black were incredibly steep and slick, would have been fun in the dry though. Nice blue and green.
I would say that was the highlight of the trip, well apart from morgins of course.
The perfect blue flow trail through the woods. The red with some nice features, the switch backy black under the lift.
As you say very quiet plus the cheapest at 19e including the card.
Ive just got back. Took a kenevo sl that was ace. Only purchased a few weeks back so took my ff kenevo in case it failed.
Maybe an unpopular opinion but i really dont think the trails in the pds area are all that good. Sure morgins is ace, champery is good for some steep scary fun. But the...
Mine at morgins bikepark yesterday. Can't hear the whining motor here fortunately 🙂
Does sound a bit clanky though, maybe the gears in the motor clunking? Didn't notice it at rogate as it's so smooth in comparison. Ive still got 6 months warranty so will get Berkshire bikes to check it on my...
Ksl1. The ksl2 is a lot more money. For my use case, ie uplift bikeparks, the lower power is fine, although less noise would be good, im only ever really going to be riding it short distances back to the uplift bus.
40 is awesome. I dislike single crown forks intensely, just a csu creak waiting...
