I've used a couple of these over the years in different off road vehicles and have been really pleased with them. Very secure and well built for the money.
Here are the wheels, they come with valves and pretaped!

Any centerlock wheel will work. I actually put a set of Nukeproof Neutron wheels on my Moro and my kids Torc. Really like those wheels for the money. Really hard to beat. The only downside is they are 6 bolt (which I like better anyway, they are cheaper and easier to find).
I just copied...
If I were to get one, my plan was to put either a 170mm Zeb or 38 on it and a Marzocchi bomber cr shock. The progression looks ideal for a coil. You can also find fox float x shocks (my favorite) pretty reasonable on pinkbike.
Although that fox 36 from Merlin is pretty appealing. I just...
I wonder if you tried some Galfer or MTX pads if it would wake them up. The Tectro rotors seem impressive for the money. They are rated for metal pads and are 2.3 mils thick.
My main problem with Magura's are how sensitive the levers are to impacts. They break very easily. I went otb once and ripped the lever out of the master, and my wife clipped a tree very easily and it busted the diaphragm. Lever looked completely fine but would pull to the bar. Could not get...
Just a little update, we tried the Milo's on a couple rides and a kayak trip. The work well and have a much higher range than the Sena's but ultimately we didn't like them. They were a little too "analog" for what we wanted. When talking they would work much like the vox on a radio. It...
With the cable ran through the hole in the cylinder, you want to hold one side of the cylinder with a 3mm hex and then screw the other side with a 2.5mm. I usually have the wife hold the 3mm so I can pull tension on the cable with one hand and tighten the 2.5mm with the other hand.
With the current price of the Yari/Domain forks you can find on sale, it doesn't make sense to do anything else. Its crazy how cheap they are anymore.
I am a bit surprised on not getting a reply from Vitus. That's pretty unusual.
I put Brand X droppers on all three of my kids bikes and a buddy's. They all worked impressively for the money. I would highly recommend them.
The 1x is your typical dropper lever. The 2x is if you have a shifter or lockout lever on the left side;
The new Vitus E Sommet VRS comes with the GX transmission. Seems like a pretty good buy on excellent components and good geometry.

Geometry wise it looks pretty much like an aluminum Timp Peak.
I was dead set on getting a YT Decoy, but after seeing this it makes me reconsider. I really like the idea of getting to build up the bike as you see fit. I also like the part availability.
We are going to a YT demo next month, that will tell the tale. If I fall in love with the Decoy then...
I recently converted a rear non-tubless wheel and could not keep it from leaking at a single spoke. I taped it, installed tire and cushcore and it leaked. Pulled it back down and taped over the place it was leaking, put it all back together and it still leaked. Pulled it back apart and...
Seriously considering the Shigura set up. My wife and I currently have mt5's and never been real happy with them. She has been though 3 levers from wrecks. The last lever appeared fine after a slightly catching a tree, but would loose pressure and require pumping. Swapped a spare lever on...
If the Milo's don't work out our plan was to go to full face helmets with some of the amazon Bluetooth motorcycle intercoms. It would be worth it just to be able to communicate.
I really enjoyed the Sena Pi when it worked. It truly was a game changer for riding with someone. I just could not get one to last once the weather turned hot. The only thing I could think of is its not sweat resistant at all.
I went down this road several times as I already have access to all the equipment and own 4 Baofeng UV-82 radios. I even have a GMRS license to make everything legal in the US. The main problem with all of it is all of the cords. You either have to rely on a remote PTT button or VOX, which...
