The protocol from Brose and the TCU is not yet cripted.. Only bluetooth protocol.. The interesting feature of the masterMind TCU is the micro tune, but you can do also with BLEvo..

Sorry but you can use BLEvo without the bike connected (like with the MasterMind TCU). Just select the speed and KM from GPS and not from the bike.. Obviusly you will not get the battery and assistance value from the bike..

For the check of new firmware version, is not required setup of WiFi connection... The check is done by the phone. If an update is found by the phone, the update is performed by the Levociraptor using the WiFi Setup

Levociraptor doesn't require BLEvo running.. BLEvo is useful only if you want to record the ride with correct speed and distance values...

Some firmware update requires a new calibration of the motor.. It ia not a problem of the MasterMind TCU.. When I did, the dealer started a calibration procedure that I think it is not possible to do via Smart phone

The configuration says that the speed limit in Levociraptor is set to 28.8.. Maybe the crash detection deactivated it..

I suggest King Kong Mini 2... Very nice.. With DEM files you can forget the missing of barometer in the phone..

How many times? The connection of the Levociraptor Gen2 is important only if you use its barometer and temperature sensor.. For the speed unlock the connection is not required

The micro setting is possible also with BLEvo and its dedicated remote control.. With BLEvo you can select also the steps, and you have 2 kind of steps (e.g. short with 5% and long with 20%)

No sorry.. BLEvo cannot be installed on Garmin.. In any case and in my opinion, what you can get with a King Kong mini phone on the handle bar is better (and cheaper) than a Garmin.. But this is only my opinion..

Which motor version you have installed? Can you change the setup with Mission Control?
