I’m looking into upgrading the forks on my wife’s Powerfly. It’s currently running Suntour XCM 34 coil forks which aren‘t particularly good. What’s a decent 120mm fork for an ebike? Any reason why I couldn’t fit the Pike Ultimate forks off my bike to the Powerfly?

Garbaruk cassettes are supposed to be pretty good. I've not tried one myself as I managed to pick up a SRAM cassette for a sensible price when I was looking.

The Trek E-Caliber looks good to me. I'm not really looking for a long travel bike for the riding I do, probably wnat something up to about 130mm.

11 speed chainrings work with 12 speed chains and cassettes. That's what I run on two of my non-ebikes.

I'm looking for aset of 29" tyres to go on a new hardtail. The tyres need to be something pretty fast rolling for road rides, I was thinking of something along the lines of Schwalbe G-Ones as they do them in 29". Any better suggestions?
