Have contacted Doctibike (Based in France), they offer reparation and motor reconditioning services as it is easier (and cheaper) for me to ship my motor to France to any other parts in the world.
We have checked all the pins and connectors, unfortunately getting same error. My bike has been sitting in the shop for the entire summer.
I live in Morocco, and not sure about any options to ship my Motor to Europe or US.
Ended up getting a BROSE BELT SERVICE KIT from Axevotech, with the right 0.2 Nm Screw Driver (Cost me $400+ after shipping and customs ?), we replaced the belt again, checked all terminals, wiring and plugs, no apparent damage but did not work, same issue again with the Red/Blue LED flashing...
We checked the torque sensor, looks fine, no damage to the pins/connection.
I have found a new Brose S mag motor,.that was removed from a BH bike, will try to swap the entire motor and keep the electronics part.

It was my only option, no LBS around here or proper bike repair shops, but the guy said he is done this before for 5 or 6 Levos before mine, never had any error/software issue after replacement. Found different threads about same issue on the forum, I guess will have him check all different...

My 2019 Turo Levo FSR motor gave up on me yesterday, at the end of a 40km ride.
No more support from the motor, and high pitch noise coming from it, also bike won't roll backwards if switched on.
Figured out it was a belt problem, I live in Morocco (North Africa), no Specialized...
