I have no regrets about buying my kenevo, best thing ive bought mysef for years, way i see it these things are put through punishment on every ride and noise, squeeks, and breaks are part of owning an ebike, just got to get on with it and enjoy the ride!
cheers mate, ive watched videos on youtube, seems straight forward enough, on the videos they have slacked off the gear cable completely, do i need to do that for a small adjustment?

Hoping for some advice, as you can see from the video on the link, my chain is jumping off when its on the largest gear.
I have got it booked in at LBS for a service on 21st april, asked them about this gear...
I asked my LBS about cleaning disc breaks, they advised not to use anything not even the muc off stuff to clean the discs as they are easy to contaminate and that after a few sharp breaks it should clean anything off anyways. Mine usually squeak at the start of the ride but stops after a while.

? this would be me aswel, but do it because its the best thing ive done for years and its not very often i come back from a day out and haven't enjoyed it. Only got my first e bike a couple weeks ago, cant wait to get it to hamsterley and get on some proper trails and tracks to really get the...
It’s shocking the state of it up close, but nothing surprises me when it comes to the council mate! It was actually a better ride out than i thought it would be.
Ive got an oxford ground anchor and a chain to match, and obviously insurance.
I know if a really determined thief gets in prepped with a grinder they will get the bike however most of the burglaries around my way are just an opportunist thief armed with 2 brain cells and screw driver, i think...
100% agree and lesson learned with it, a total lapse in concentration by self.
Ive been out and had another look over it this morning, functioned it through all the gears. Its very sloppy changing between gear, it also stops short of the smallest gear and when its on he biggest gear the chain...
Cheers lads ill try all of that in he morning, ill check the jockey wheel in he morning, i only had to take the lower wheel off, i thought i had it on the right way but could have made a mistake.
Hoping for some help, i have cleaned my bike down after its last use today, and was in the process of cleaning the chain, was drying chain off with a rag while spinning the chain using walk mode (regret this now) as the rag got caught on the chain and dragged into the jockey wheel, i stopped the...
