Depends on the LBS but I believe if they are Spechilized dealers they do warranty work regardless of where the bike was bought. Certainly been my experience in the UK
I have that exact bike with an XT setup. You need a microspline hub, I used a Nukeproof Nuetron V2. Cost about the same as getting the roval relaced for me.
I used a Garbaruk 94bcd which when ordered off their site can be speced for Shimano 12 speed.

Just one point, you can change modes without the bar remote by just pressing down on the mode indicator. It’s just cycles though the three
Annoyingly my SL was delivered a few weeks ago with out of date firmware. This was made more annoying as the PDI checklist had a big tick in the “up to date box”.
Do I need to worry about getting this done ASAP? Getting booking in workshops is nearly impossible right now.

Its a fair point, but there simply isn’t any choice with the Levo SL. No one makes a Shimano 12 speed chainring.
I would buy one right now if it existed. Garbaruk seem to have one but they are calling it shimano 12/sram AXS flattop which is making me unsure. Everyone else says it’s shimano 12...

Shimano drivetrain is night and day improvement over NX eagle. Better engagement on the Nukeproof wheel probably helped too. The Shimano quick link works fine. It sticks to the chainring a tiny bit when new but it’s stopped already.
