Just taken the big decision to install a hitch mounted bike carrier for two bikes. And now thinking about a cover for when the bikes are loaded. Any suggestions folks ?
I love my brand new Tero X 5.0. But if there is one criticism it is the location of the battery. And the possibility of damage. More on that later. But the battery has been coming out fine. Pulling the spring loaded lever just releases it slightly. But this evening it would not eject it. So I...
I cant see any reference to this anywhere. But in my 2023 Tero X 5.0. How can I change speed in kmh to mph. Does this have to be done in Mission control.
Thanks in advance.
No I get it and im no spring chicken myself @ 57. But I dont think it will feel that much less than my current Powerfly. I was recently talking to the sales guy in my local specialized concept store. An older guy had bought a Levo SL with the 50Nm motor and was complaining about its lack of...
Appreciate the reply. But the numbers just didnt work for me to get the 6.0. I mean it was maybe 2k more than the 5.0. And I didnt think the difference was worth that much more. So unusual for me I went with my head. And the 5.0 is so much more than my Powerfly.
Thanks again Julie
Your right its not as exciting or sexy as some of the FSR offerings. But its pretty exciting for me. And coming from a motorcycle background. For me personally, Specialized are the Honda/BMW equivalent. I have wanted one one of their ebikes for ages. But pricing was always a...
Currently I ride a Trek Powerfly 5. And largely its been a good bike. Plenty of power from the CX motor. And fairly decent range from the 625wh battery. But new bike syndrome kicked in and slowly at first I started looking around. And as I had been spoiled by the ride on some rental FSR bikes on...
So im considering a Specialized with the 1.2 motor. I heard this motor is virtually resistance free. Anybody have any experience or information to that effect. I think the torque is enough for me. Even going from a Bosch CX. The battery capacity concerns though. But if the bike rides like a non...
Afternoon all
Hope you all had a good ride today. So I have been sitting pondering what to do. If anything. I currently have a 2022 Trek Powerfly 5 which I have owned from new. And I like it. I use it for commuting and light offroad. But im getting a yearning for a new bike. However the Trek has...
This, all day this. Go chase those idiots on electric motorbikes. Because that is what they actually are. And leave the people with some common sense alone. I mean here in the UK tinted motorcycle helmet visors are banned to prevent accidents. Probably another EU ruling. But anyway what did...
On holiday in malcesine Italy. And got a strong hankering to go riding. So I got this through bike extreme in the town. A nice bike KTM and really enjoyed it. Not ridden an FS emtb before with a dropper. They kind of just float over bumps. Heavy though. But to be expected.
Agreed on the whole Bosch trying to take away your choice. If you fit a device and all goes tits up. Then it’s your own fault. And I accepted that when I ran my last Bosch powered bike with a volspeed v4 for 4000 miles. And no issues. It’s why I took the decision to fit another on my new bike...
