The SWAT CC steerer tube tool that comes with 2019 carbon Levos has a 5mm hex bolt that is accessed from below the fork crown. The 5mm bolt goes thru a base plate that interfaces with the bottom of the steerer tube tube and preloads the headset bearings by tightening them against the cap on top...

@Frank_Denmark - Thanks for the excellent photos! How easy is it to slide back off the seat for steep descents or drops? Does the rear ramp get in the way compared to the Henge? (BTW, your shop is too tidy and too well organized ;))

Thanks for the detailed reply @Specialized Rider Care! Yes, remember "cleanliness is next to godliness", and all three magnetic connectors have to be watched: the battery connector, the Rosenberg plug, and the motor connector cover. You have to be careful not to let the plug drop on the ground...
