That depends on which battery firmware version your 2019 Levo has. Early versions with v. 2.019 seem capable of implementing all BLEvo functions including resetting wheel circumference and thereby top speed. (BLEvo works fine on my '19 Levo with v 2.019.) With newer firmware, v. 2.025 and 2.026...

Don't believe @fat&grey!!! That little box contains a Specialized GPS device that sends your speed and location to headquarters. Opening it will void the warranty and may lead to your arrest!

The SWAT CC steerer tube tool that comes with 2019 carbon Levos has a 5mm hex bolt that is accessed from below the fork crown. The 5mm bolt goes thru a base plate that interfaces with the bottom of the steerer tube tube and preloads the headset bearings by tightening them against the cap on top...

Yes, remember "cleanliness is next to godliness", and all three magnetic connectors have to be watched: the battery connector, the Rosenberg plug, and the motor connector cover. You have to be careful not to let the plug drop on the ground...
