    Exposure 4000LM Ebike Light

Yep a friend if mine has the shimano..perfect solution, just plug your existing lights straight in. I found it hard to believe that the other motors like bosch and broad don't have a similar thing. No matter what the marketing strategy is a side by side comparison in the dark I think the...

    Exposure 4000LM Ebike Light

That is a ridiculous amount of money for a LED light. I guess that is the bike industry keen to pull your pants at every given opportunity. Surly you just want your light to turn off and on.. forget all the other useless gimmicky stuff Buy a Chinese led light on flea bay or Ali...

EMTB wannabe ... Canyon pedal strikes?

lets be honest, if it was efficient enough crank arms would be as short as possible to avoid pedal strikes. when you don't have a motor assisting you need to find a balance with length.. Even when racing DH pedal strikes are common and you are not peddling very much at all. high roots when you...

Person killed in London by EMTB

I was only saying to a friend of mine last week.. it's only a matter of time before a highway fatality involving a e-bike. I expect he has an aftermarket throttle controlled motor on his bike. The kits are littered all over Ebay and Aliexpress for only a few hundred pounds. Some of those hub...

    Kenevo Shakedown

So I took some footage of my first couple of rides on the kenevo. Bit ridged in the air, i was struggling with the inertia a bit. still the bike has been sat in the garage for almost 2 weeks now as a bolt fell out the rear linkage and I lost it .. While i cant ride it i thought i'd spam...

Having plus tyre issues.... is anyone using a "Huck Norris, Cushcore or a vittoria air liner?"

I always made the assumption that 120tpi was a the thicker harder casing, using the logic more threads per inch. Every day is school day i guess. I think the issue is with E-bikes is clearly there are some quite good riders that given a normal (non E-bike situation) would not go near a...

Mega squeaky spring (kenevo) (ignore problem solved)

Hi, I've just swapped out my springs and fitted the 650lbs variant on my Ohlins rear shock and it quickly developed a horrendous squeak... its not the standard oil transfer swoosh and spring noise you normally get, but literally sounds like a kid on an old rusty swing.. The spring was new and...

Having plus tyre issues.... is anyone using a "Huck Norris, Cushcore or a vittoria air liner?"

Wheel building is the only thing I can't do. I normally lace up the spokes and chuck in the local bmx shop for the final bit. I think i'm gonna stick a set of Hope DH rims on. bang for buck they have served me well in the past.

Having plus tyre issues.... is anyone using a "Huck Norris, Cushcore or a vittoria air liner?"

I was so close to ordering 2.4's but i had visions of them not fitting the 40mm rim correctly and squaring off the side tread...

Having plus tyre issues.... is anyone using a "Huck Norris, Cushcore or a vittoria air liner?"

I'm guessing plus tyres are ideal for a certain type of rider. Maybe just not me... Its amazing how different they feel from a 2.4. the volume difference isn't that much bigger... not like its like running a proper 4" fatboy tyre.
