Several other bike manufacturers use an Allen key to release the batteries. Usually a single bolt.

Lazy bastards. All they do is hook the bike up to a computer, set some parameters and let it run. So from their time it is taking about 2 or 3 minutes.

I changed over to emtb a few years ago after my Giant Trance was stolen. A friend convinced me to try an emtb before buying a new bike. I have been smiling ever since. And am much fitter than before because I ride much much more than I used to.
