I paid by credit card and the transaction disappeared on Monday. Phoned credit card company and they could see that the transaction has been authorised and gave me a code. I am guessing decathlon will only actually take the money when the bike reaches the U.K. warehouse.

Looking at the Decathlon ebike service it includes software updates. Service costs £50 can’t see a price for just a software update.

Yes home delivery didn’t want to risk collect from store as my store doesn’t do that even though you could bypass it a get to the payment screen.

Like I said before that has happened on loads of occasions. Either they just have stock of Mediums they put one on each day or it doesn’t exist. Believe it’s the former but at least you get another chance at 11pm

I wonder if that M is bogus or just put one bike on per day just a way for Decathlon to say that the bike is in stock for x amount of days. I have noticed loads of times the M goes out of stock then reappears later in the evening of morning.

I have tried to buy one (as a test) in the past you have to be super quick to get a delivery slot. I think you have a fairly good chance as M have been in stock for a while on and off. Good luck and let us know how you get on ???
