not possible tachnically i think 410wh battery 12s2p so only 2cells working together when you load 500w at only two dischcharged cells voltage drops dramaticly ,bms cut off voltage and ride finished :)

This is bad ,U have less power and road assist characteristic ,get software for mtb then spend 150 usd for besst tool and flash it

Why they send people engine with road or gravel software for cef50 or lce 930 frame
