Does anyone know what caliper adapter I'd need to run a 203mm rotor?
I see the mezzer is set up to take a 180mm rotor but I want to reuse my icetech 203mm
Cheers
I'm considering converting to a mullet set up so I'm after a 29" boost front wheel, ideally with centre lock.
Anyone upgraded their wheels and got a front going spare?
Unless that "booth" has extraction you're going to get horrendous over spray.
You maybe better off in a clean, well ventilated area, where you cam move around the parts.
Yes, but it's important to understand what the change is doing.
"Try higher rise bars with more sweep"
While more sweep could help wouldn't it be better advice to ask him to measure his wrist angle first.
The current sweep of his bars maybe correct and it maybe a rise is all he needs, which...
The honest answer is trial and error, as no formula will work for everyone.
The main take away is everyone's anatomy is different, and not to fall into the trap of thinking MTB=wide bars.
Somehow 800mm bars have become the norm like 7° back sweep bars have, but in reality they only suit a small...
Numb hands usually occur from an impacted wrist irritating the median nerve, there are many causes for this, from handlebar height, width, rise, reach, rotation, sweep, cockpit position, saddle position, vibration, etc.
Though you say you are not getting numbness and you have not complained of...
If it's only shutting off when turning the bars, thus putting strain on the cable my first thought would be either a damaged cable (sometimes the damage can't be seen externally) or the connection port into the kiox.
I'm surprised it's so little considering the mileage drop you describe.
Maybe other factors involved, winter riding, fitness, temperature, how accurate is the test 🤷♂️
Rather than nail polish (which can contain other chemicals not intended for brake cleaning) get some pure acetone, it's cheap, will last for ages and is an excellent brake cleaner. Just be careful not to get it on painted surfaces!
Sqlabs are your only option if you want 12deg back sweep, but they only come in 31.8, so you'd need a new stem or a spacer to use your current stem.
I did find a 10deg sweep back bar but I can't remember what make it was off the top of my head, I'll have a proper look later.
