  • Any idea which tool to use to remove the crank from Amflow bike? I bought the tool shown in the photo but the thread is too small.

    Dear tomashku, You can remove the crank from your bike using an 8mm Hex wrench.

    Hi Andy69! Could you please try pressing the power button on your bike when it's turned off to see if you hear a beep? If you do, we suggest hold the power button for 20s to reboot, then updating the bike's firmware to the latest version to see if that fixes the issue.
