Please help me with new brakes rotors !

I have a Scott Strike emtb full suspension. From factory it has brakes Shimano BR MT420 4 pistons with Shimano D03S and 203 rotors
SHIMANO Altus SM-RT30-L 203mm on the front and
SHIMANO Steps RT-EM300 L 203mm on the rear wheel , center lock external. My bike has 27 kg, i am big guy and i need some very good rotors. In my mind my option was Shimano RT MT800 but i read that they very easy became noisy and deformed and i am sick to adjust all the time my calipers because my Shimano rotors touch the pads.
I read about Magura and Galfer 2mm thick rotors but i don't know if they will fit well in my BR MT420 calipers. They will fit to leave some space between them and resin pads ?
Please help me to choose right some solid and good quality brake rotors who don't need to be straighten or to adjust the calipers all the time like my actual Shimano. The Shimano resin pads was very good for me and if you know some other good options, please help me with some sugestions. I don't ride in rain and mud, i need good brakes just for big hills . Also i hate noisy brakes, i heard that resin pads are the quietest, so perfect for me.

My entry level rotors became very easy noisy and deformed. And about rt mt800 i read some bad reviews : they also became noisy and deformed very easy. I don't want to pay extra money, double, to have same shity problems like i already have. I want to pay for what i need, not for the brand. And that's why i need some sugestions. Thank you for your answer

For what it's worth, I'm on Shimano RT76 203mm front and rear on my emtb.

Combined weight of me and the bike is 122kg, or 270lbs. They're silent, reliable, great stopping power (from some lairy speeds at times!) and no adjustments since new 300 miles ago - its not been out much over winter.

To be fair my none emtb I changed the front rotor out from Shimano 160mm to 203mm with a Formula 2-piece rotor, thats since done 900 miles. That goes out in ALL types of weather, and rotors only noisy if really wet and muck gets on the rotor and/or pad. Bit of brake cleaner always fixes that, no adjustments needed

Never had issues with warped or deformed rotors.

Just to add to Mr C's comment, I'm also running 203 Magura rotors, though only the single piece MDR-C centrelock version, with my Shimano M6120 calipers and pads with no issues.

Great ! Please tell me which model. I suposed that you use on the rear the one with magnet. I have center lock external. The magnet came with the rear rotor or must be purchased separately ? Thank you !

Damn ! I read just bad about those discs like they are expensive, very noisy and they warp very fast and those two parts playing freely. Yours are ok ?

I have had none of that happen,dont believe everything you read,i got mine from total bleed solutions at £48 each,done well over 1500 miles on them and never had an issue,i ride in wales,so,mud rain,snow,long descents and they have never faded or let me down,two piece rotors rarely warp,its single piece ones that normally fail,as the heat stays in the braking area of the disc,two piece rotors rarely do.
if you get crap pads they will all be noisy,get the ones that are recommended for that disc,i use gorilla sintered pads.

Mine are six bolt,but if you go on their site,im sure they have centrelock
magnet?
