From the picture is it low or high? I just do not feel like disassembling to find out.
I tought it would be hard to disassemble this, but it is extremely easy. From the picture is it low or high? I just do not feel like disassembling to find out. View attachment 19589
No, it is high, what indicates the position is the edge of the plate between the shock eye and the yoke. I just understood this yesterday...View attachment 19702

If I understood correctly, yours appears to be in Low position, although it looks like there is a "big" gap in between the shock and the top yoke.
Thanks Grichka, I added another picture, just tried to loosen it, but it’s so tight it won’t budge. Like yourself, I’m interested to know what difference it makes.
Raising the rear speeds up the steering, down side is the bike will be a little bit more twitchy..
High setting for XC and more sensible rides.
Lower for fast steep decent..and stability.
I have mine set high as I live in a flatter area.
I prefer fast steering and twitchy too, bike feels better to me.
But it's a personal choice so try both..
