Kids first emtb...

Hey. Any idea on what emtb would be a good size for a 9 yr old (make, model)? Currently rides a xs trek marlin 29er, so would be looking at something similar size. Need some ideas so I can start looking. Thanks

Didn't realise they have to be a certain age, to ride a pedal assisted bike? Is that a thing? As I belive cube do kids emtb but these would be too small for him.

It's probably different per country and for sure depends on the type of ebike, but where I like kids older than 6 can ride class 1 ebikes in public traffic legally.
My son is also 9 and I got him a YT primus 26 (not an ebike but a great full suspension bike). We rode 550 height meters over 33 km the other day. Proud dad.
