Hi, I don’t know if anyone else has had this issue, Before I take a disc cutter to it…my drive side crank arm will not come off? I have removed the two crank arm bolts and the end cap, the arm moves about 1-2 mm, but it simply will not come off at all, left side straight away. But the drive side is stuck, I mean it wiggles, but am I missing something?

Which crank is it?

Shimano (possibly others) have a little tab that locks the crank to the spindle. It's a plastic tab with a metal pin. The pin drops into a hole in the spindle. You'd prise it up with a little screwdriver or a pick.

Thanks, it was drive side, I had already removed the pinch bolts and the plastic tab. Had to tap a centre punch into the split and then it came off, was weird as left side came straight off
