Zen broadband

I've just told Virgin to cancel as city fibre have now gone live. So does anyone have zen and have any problems? Also if you fancy giving me your name so we can both get a friend gift voucher out of them?

I've been using Zen for many years. I'm on full fibre now.

Not cheap but good and can get hold of knowledgeable engineers when needed!

That's good to hear about the backup. Annoyingly Virgin has never faulted in the 10 + years I have used them. But it's £60 a month and going up soon. Zen is £32 with the digital phone.

I switched from virgin to Voda phone as city fibre had been installed in the area and virgin upped the prices!

Virgin was faultless at the 900mbps although I was actually getting that, however the cityfibre/Voda phone had been exceptional 900+ up and down. Also you get a discount being a mobile customer.
