Yamaha Pw-x2 noise

Hi guys, I bought a used bike with Yamaha pw-x2 motor and Im not sure if this rattle noise is something normal ? It occurs also in low modes when pedaling with low cadance. The motor has little less than a 1000km, I opened it and checked all the bearings and they are basically like new, zero water traces.
