Wrong brakes on new bike.

Just took delivery on my new Mondraker Level R a couple of hours ago. When unwrapping it though i noticed straight away it had different brakes on as advertised. Instead of Code R's it has G2 RS brakes on. I know manufacturers and bike shops state that sometimes the spec may differ from what is listed, but i'm just concerned about the G2's being powerful enough? I ride mainly at the golfie and anyone who knows that place it's pretty steep. They have a 220mm rotor up front with a 200mm on rear. I spoke to a guy in the shop and he told me to email the issue and wait til next week for a reply as his boss wasn't in. What do you reckon? I'm willing to keep the brakes if they are up to the job.
