Was your TCU unit replaced (is not one which originally came with the bike)? If yes, there is great possibility that you dealer did not properly pair/configure TCU to a motor, unfortunately you will have to return the bike to the shop to get it sorted ...

It got you working ! (y)

Previously to the new OTA updates it wouldn't really have made a huge difference. But now, the TCU need's to be paired so it knows the serial number of the bike and in turn the motor and battery so it can deliver the correct updates.

Aye it’s not showing the serial number on mission control mate. So it looks likes the tcu isn’t paired to the bike
