Winterizing, tune up, check up question

I recently purchased a fat tire ebike, a Rambo, for use during the hunting season, and for some pleasure trail riding. As the season is coming to a close, I would like to bring my bike in and have it serviced by professionals that know what they are doing. What I am looking for are suggestions of things to have looked at. My bike has around 140 miles on it.
