We’ve been riding our Kenevos a lot this winter, as the local trail association has been grooming the summer trails with a snow bike specific groomer!
I know that the battery is good to -40 C , according to the specs on the back side of the battery, but wondering if what temperatures the motors is rated for?

Don't worry about it - the battery performance will drop off due to low temperatures long before the motor. Brushless motors have a low moving parts count and are reliable even in extreme environments.
