Hi, I'm taking into consideration to buy a confortable e-bike. I will use it on city streets, unpaved and disconnected country roads and very light off-road (but rarely).
I'd like to get a confortable e-bike but I'm inexperienced. Noe I have 2 options, but I'd like to consider another option (with fender) but with that budget:

CUBE Kathmandu Hybrid Pro 625

Cannondale Neo X 2 Remixte

Which do you like more? Wich is most confortable?

I found myself with a similar requirement to you. So I popped into my local Trek dealer to discuss things. No point talking, they said - give us your phone number - just borrow that bike over there - bring it back on Tuesday! So I had a Trek Rail 7 for a long weekend.

I went to places I never thought I could get a bike - up and down the most frightening hilly tracks. Gave it a good thrashing - every day I had it. Huge fun. So I've modified my thoughts to something a bit more serious.

I liked the fat tyres, running tubeless at low pressure. "Comfortable" you ask - well, this certainly gave a resilience to the ride that's lacking from my old hack. And the full suspension was also new to me.

I also liked the dropper seat post. Even riding on the road, dropping it when coming to a stop was a neat trick. And reduced the risk of an over-handlebar moment on the steep descents.

Trek-wise, the Powerfly 4 Sport Equipped seems to be broadly similar to the bikes you've listed. The Powerfly 7 Sport equipped has a higher spcification and may still be within your budget, as might the Powerfly FS 4 Equipped.

I've not ridden either of the bikes you've listed, nor the Powerfly ones, so can't really say which is the most "comfortable". All I can recommend is to get yourself to a decent dealer and see if you can give something a try out.

Good luck!
