Basically for riding trails, hitting bike parks and for compensating for noobness trying to do things far exceeding ability!

Be interesting to see who picks what

none

But out of those the POC at least looks like a proper Full face helmet.
Lew Buchannan uses one and wears it all day when he rides with us (loads of climbing on normal enduro/trail bikes). You're never going to descend anything faster than Lew.

Normally I'd say buy the one that fits best.

Have you bought them all?
Or are you intending on sending the all but the one that wins your poll back?

I cannot tell just by looking.....but I have 1.hand experience on the Bell and I can recommend it highly.
Apparently I have a BellShapedHead - it just fits soo nicely and the added confidence is attractive.

As a bonus it's very good ventilated and well thought out (they propably all are).

You're presuming he only has one head ?
I've seen a pic of the one on his shoulders. must just be you who's privy to special pics of his other one. ;)
It genuinely wouldn't surprise me if he wore more than one helmet at the same time... and I'd be mightily disappointed if he didn't at least take the most protective internals out and fit them inside the overall most protective outer shell.

The POC Enduro ST1 :

What you can't see, can't hurt you !

One of the best features of the ST1 is the ability to carry twin Euro sized banana's in the banana dispensers - one either side of the jaw.

Turning the front banana knobs operates each banana mechanism separately crushing them into a dispensing tube which sits in front of the mouth.

If you eat too quickly and need to barf, the black double palm barf deflector between the knobs automatically drops out of the way and sprays your mess hopefully away from your handlebars ! Genius !

You should be promoted to the status of top armour advisor !! Do you think it's possible to triple helmet layer ? IF you have enough you won't need a neck brace ! How about egg boxes stuck on the outside of the helmet ? With eggs in for style ?

Trying to flesh anything out I may have missed tbh......you guys should know way better than me by now what product can prevent a concussion like Rob just suffered. Yep I’ve bought them all, originally Bell Super 3r but then I saw how horrendous the chin flexes, breaks and ruptures your jaw, fk that personally....so I got the fox pro off a m8 on a deal but then I saw allegedly better tech or concussion reducing stuff in the smith or POC

That POC sure is fibreglass and EPP but it’s just reflex EPS that might be better suited to multiple smaller hits rather than one big hit with an EPS, if wave cell had FF I’d be interested in that too. It’s like D30 if you stick it on your knee and whack it, it’s gonna hurt right, go stick some foam under, different ball game, I see the koroyd as head foam! Just better ventilated, and not solid, and not rubber, and hmmm

@Zimmerframe is captain smith! His horse walked on his helmet as he led on the ground by all accounts

@Zimmerframe with the pads the seem to push on my cheeks making my jaw feel tight, this is with the smallest pads, I have the straps running down the outside too (think that’s normal?) it feels better without the pads but that’s when I feel the straps on the ears, I kind of need half sized pads of the smallest!

It's interesting they recommend that helmet ..... which is basically a tiny brain microwave with zero ventilation ..

yet when they recommend convertibles they say "The biggest difference to the Bell Super 3R MIPS is the level of protection and ventilation. The Bell has more ventilation holes and therefore will be a lot cooler even on hot days. The Giro, on the other hand, does not have a lot of ventilation but more protection instead."

All of a sudden ventilation is actually a consideration when boarding or only have one wheel ????

I got the POC coron air for DH and winter use , I like it, it feels like a proper helmet, less visibility compared to my other Bell super 3r, but in the summer I don't use it, it's get pretty hot very fast.

We discussed this, which hole did you put your head in ?? :) I guess we should have mentioned that you also shouldn't end up with a huge ventilation slot at the rear ...

As @Gary says, I think every full face I've ever had, the pads are normally tight at the start and squish a bit over a few wearings so can be squishy at the very start and then seem to end up perfect. The only exception to that I've ever had was with Shoei's - they used to start off firm then end up wibbly wobbly as hell after a few weeks.

The first mainline was firm and moved to secured but comfortable pretty quickly, the second one was the same. That said, I wouldn't go so far as to say my "jaw felt tight" ... I wonder if you're thinking you need smaller than the smallest pads, if you don't need the next size up with the middle or biggest pads in ? There would probably be more space around your gargantuan ears then too ? :p ;)

I have smaller than smaller, it’s the ‘none existent’ size one......I might be out of luck, the smallest pads push hard against my neanderthal head, like if I chewed on thin air id end up biting myself ?

Annoying!

the pads should be almost too tight and will soften up after a few rides.. my proframe and all my mx/motorbike helmets were the same
