Wheel upgrade advice and help

Iv had my bike for less than a year and I’m on my second set of hub bearings.
The bearings that are in there are very small and the bike shop said I should think about upgrading my wheels.
I have no idea about wheels apart from mine are 29inch
Mine are still the standard wheels on the orbea wild.
What is your recommendation on wheels to go for ????
