What's that noise...? E8000 1200km

[tomato paste]

Canyon Spectral On, purchased used. Probably has about 1200km on it before resale by Canyon. Is that clicking noise the BB, the motor, cranks, or cable housing?

Mine (focus) made a similar noise which was cured by dropping the motor and greasing all the mounting points. At the time i assumed it was bottom bracket, cranks, suspension etc but eventually found my way the real problem
