What's missing out of this TEC Pack?

After having my bike nicked i'm working out what is missing in the TEC Pack, have asked the shop but no answer yet, i know the rubber bungee things are the bottom gap, but is the side gap the frame mount for the battery, just working out what i need to get to be able to sell the kit?

That's just above the battery, think it's the mount for the bike, but not sure that should be in the long empty compartment?

Yes, it's definitely missing the rail for mounting the battery or bottle mount.

After finding out that the mount costs 199 euros i'm leaving the TEC pack in the garage in the hope the bike turns up again sometime in the future!

Not sure if it's just that, or the entire kit, with the bottle holder and so on, might just post something to the burglars to see if they'd accept 50 quid for that bit of plastic!

I would think if you were looking to sell the kit someone who already has one my buy it as they would already have the frame mount. Just a though..
