My phone (Samsung Galaxy S6) wont connect via bluetooth with my 2020 Trance E.
The phone see's the bike in the bluetooth devices list, but the bike refuses the connection (this is before I even get to the app)
I've tried a Galaxy S7, and the same thing happens.
I CAN connect via an ipad, but don't fancy that hanging off the handlebars!

What phones are other people using to connect to the app successfully?

Ideally I'd like to get an IP68 phone, but I can always get a waterproof case if needed

Alternatively, is there a cycle computer that can display the bike info (Battery, Range, Mode etc?)

app version 1.4.2 with firmware 20190802000, connects well with those android phones : Galaxy A5 16, HTC One and Motorola Moto G.

Seems the biggest bike company in the world hired the cheapest software developers they could find ? or they only test on Apple platforms ?
1.4.2 seems most useful for Android users.
